Information about Delivery

• Delivery Service Timing: Deliveries are scheduled between 9am to 9pm, divided into four time slots: 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm, and 6pm-9pm. However, on busy days, this schedule may vary.
• Post Order Processing Time: Orders received through the Webshop may take 1 to 2 hours of processing time.
• Delivery Time Range: Minimum delivery time range is 3 hours after processing the order, subject to variations due to factors such as traffic conditions, special holidays, and recipient availability.
• Same Day Delivery: Orders placed before 5pm local time are eligible for same day delivery, 7 days a week.

Order Cancellation

• For Post Dated Order: Orders placed online can be canceled 48 hours before the delivery date by contacting our Webshop followed by a cancellation email. Refund details are outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Same Day Delivery Orders: Cancellation of same day delivery orders after placement will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

We offer a voucher valid for 2 months from the date of cancellation for canceled orders. A new order can be placed by contacting the Webshop followed by a confirmation email specifying the item code from the Webshop.

General Terms and Conditions

• By ordering any products from our site, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
• Product Disclaimer: While we strive to deliver products as close as possible to the images on our Webshop, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or logistical constraints. We ensure that substitutions are of equal value and quality.
• Prices: Prices listed on our service are valid for a maximum of 14 days after submitting your order.
• Warranty: Fresh flowers and plants, once sold, will not be refunded or exchanged.

• We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and NAPS.

Delivery Overview

• Free delivery is offered for orders of AED 150 and above. For orders below AED150, a delivery fee of AED will be charged.
• Same day delivery is offered for orders placed before 5pm, with a minimum delivery time of 3 hours within Ajman.

• The Plaza Hollandi My Account service is provided for personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• Users must be over eighteen (18) years of age to register for the service.
• Use of the service must comply with specified guidelines and restrictions.
